I'm a former teacher who fell into education recruitment when I came back to London from Australia in 2016.I ended up in a leadership role within a couple of years before starting my own business in 2020.Covid hit at the same time, and I struggled to refine what my best offer was, to choose a niche or build a business able to grow without me driving it from every angle.Creating content for entrepreneurial teachers through AfterTaught is an attempt to bring down some of the barriers I faced, both before and after leaving teaching.If you want to get involved with AfterTaught, I'm always open to working in partnership.
